“No Sweat Service” Agreement

At Texoma Maintenance & Refrigeration, we believe preventative maintenance on your heating and cooling equipment will save you money on electric bills, and reduce the chances of catastrophic failure.

We offer one of the best preventative maintenance agreements in the business! You receive a tune-up on your heating and air conditioning unit once in the Spring, and once in the Fall. This agreement entitles residential customers to 10% off Parts and Labor, and 5% off any new equipment you may need.

Tune-up Procedures

Include (but not limited to):

  • Outdoor coils cleaned, as necessary
  • Filter inspected and changed, if necessary
  • Check all controls and Freon
  • Blow out the drain lines
  • Advise owner of any abnormal conditions
